Four days to move, make and slow down
A creativity & yoga retreat in the Belgian countryside
This is for you if…
You keep meaning to slow down… but it slides to next week, every week.
You miss making things. Not to be good at them, just for the pleasure of it.
You'd love to meet women you click with, in a way that doesn't feel forced.
You want the calm and the quiet… just not the loud, perfect, hashtag version of it.
If you're nodding, this was made for you ♡
Why I started this
Hi, I’m Audrey.
Growing up, I struggled to find a place I truly belonged. When walking in a room, I found myself watching how everyone else acted first, then adjusting to match. I never felt I could be myself in those environments.
Around 18, I discovered yoga. With my background in gymnastics, I picked it up quickly. I thought I had finally found something to be seen as interesting and I liked that feeling more than I probably should admit. But I quickly discovered that yoga was more than just those poses: yoga gave me quietness when the world was buzzy around.
As I was rediscovering myself through yoga, I started to join some clubs at school, helping organize events. I loved setting up everything so that participants felt welcome and taken care of. Looking back, I think I was giving other people the belonging I had spent my childhood looking for.
As I started working, I fell in a routine, slowly dropping out of yoga, living my life on auto-pilot. I was looking up to my sister, who was painting and drawing in her free time. One day, out of curiosity, I picked up a brush myself. What felt like 30 minutes ended up being 2 hours. I found the same quiet I knew on my mat, as well as a new kind of pride for making something with my own hands.
I started bringing the two together. Movement through yoga and an extension of that calm feeling with a creative activity. I offered a first workshop in 2024. The women who came got quiet time to reflect during that workshop and then create something out of it. The feedback surprised me with how much it mattered to people. That workshop and the following ones I created felt like an exhale in their busy week. But it wasn’t enough; they were too quickly pulled back into their busy life. This is why I created Softer Days: four days to step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself. Through movement and creating with your hands, you remember what it feels like to slow down and finally be.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is the thing almost everyone worries about, and it always quickly melts away. There's nothing to be good at here. Everything's simple, guided, and low-pressure. The point is the doing, not the result. You'll surprise yourself.
-
Completely. The yoga is gentle and for every body. I adapt it to whoever's in the room, and you go at your own pace. It's about feeling good in your body, not touching your toes. Beginners are genuinely welcome.
-
Yes, and most women do. Honestly, coming alone is the easiest way to arrive: no dynamic to manage, just you. A small group, shared meals, and a few slow days together have a way of turning strangers into people you're glad you met.
-
Not at all. Everything is an invitation, never an obligation. Some moments you'll want to be fully in; others you might sit out with a cup of tea and just be. Both are completely welcome.
-
By checking the program here, you'll know the shape of each day, but not every detail, and that's on purpose. Part of the softness is not having to plan or anticipate; just arriving, and letting each thing meet you as it comes. You're in good hands.
-
That's the most normal thing in the world. I've heard it often from women coming to their first workshop, too and they almost always leave wishing they'd come sooner. If it would help to talk it through first, you can always email me or send me a message on Whatsapp, no pressure at all.
Four days. One softer you.
You'll arrive carrying more than you realise.
You'll leave lighter with hands full of the things you made,
and a grounded certainty this softness isn't a weekend thing.
